If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any books, documents or materials, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the item is in original packaging and is unopened.
A partial refund is available for opened materials returned within 30 days.
Conference and Seminars
Conference registration fee will be fully refunded if written cancellation is received within two weeks of the conference date.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are fully refunded if written cancellation is received within 30 days of subscribing.
